Ahead of World Press Freedom Day Media20 and the Centre for Information Integrity in Africa (CINIA) will host a live webinar on Tuesday 28 April (15:00 CAT / 13:00 GMT) to examine the issues facing media freedom and how to counter them.

The webinar will feature a panel discussion moderated by Janet Heard, with contributions from Rawan Damen from ARIJ Network, Dr Yemisi Akinbobola from African Women in Media, Zecharias Zelalem, an award winning freelance journalist and analyst, and Anya Schiffrin from Columbia University.
